Practical ChatGPT workshop for companies
A 90-minute online session, for up to 10 people, so the team can practise on its own tasks and leave with reusable instructions and templates. For one year after the workshop ends, you receive legal updates published on the use of artificial intelligence tools in the company. There is no public price: scope is confirmed before we start. It is not a certificate and it is not a legal assessment.
This is not a generic course on how to write prompts, and it is not a technical implementation. We do not replace your IT team. We start from what takes your time, work through two or three cases close to your work, and finish with reusable working tools.
A session can cover, for example, emails and documents, spreadsheets and reports, meetings, internal procedures, sales and client care, commercial messages, or reading and summarising texts. We use fictional notes and data, or information the company is allowed to share.
Summaries do not replace reading critical clauses or checking legal, tax or technical information. If you need a specific legal analysis, the AI Legal Assessment is a separate engagement.

How the engagement works
Before: what takes your time
A short questionnaire to find three repetitive tasks, what is difficult and what you would like to improve. A long consultancy is not required before the workshop.
During: practise on your cases
We work on two or three situations from your activity. Each person tries, compares results and learns to correct the answer.
At the end: working tools
Instructions ready to copy and adapt, templates, examples and a short guide. For example, an email assistant, a report review, a procedure, meeting preparation or a practice run with a fictional client.
Afterwards: what worked
After 7–14 days we ask what you used and what got in the way. If we measure a comparable task before and after, we can estimate the saving observed. We do not promise a result we have not measured.
Responsible use
We do not recommend entering personal data, client information, trade secrets or confidential documents until you have checked what use is authorised and which protection terms apply. The workshop covers what not to paste, how to review the result and what is worth writing down. That is not a legal assessment.
