Partner questions

Does the partner run the legal assessment?

No. Legal Stones delivers the legal service. You implement, present the package and keep the relationship with the client.

What does the partner see about the client?

Visibility of commercial status: you know whether the client was invited, started the assessment, or already has the result available. What we do not share is the internal file — just as you would not share your source code or proprietary methodology.

Can we say the implementation complies with the AI Act?

We do not recommend presenting an implementation as complying with the AI Act solely because an assessment has been carried out. You can explain that your proposal includes a specialised legal assessment carried out by Legal Stones, within the scope agreed with the client.

Does this protect us legally as implementers?

The legal assessment and the technical implementation are documented as separate pieces of work. Legal Stones takes on the analysis and recommendations within its scope, while the partner remains responsible for the technical implementation it carries out. The specific allocation of responsibilities is set out in the contractual documentation of each collaboration.

Is there a self-serve partner portal?

Not at this stage. You write to us, we see if it fits, and we define together how to include Legal Stones in your working model.

What does the client receive?

The Team Pack, in 10 days: a call on real use, an internal AI-use rule, Curso AI Act seats and a file. Up to 40 people and 6 tools. The fee is confirmed by email. If the case needs a wider scope, the legal assessment is looked at separately.
